You can cancel your order before the delivery for free and the funds will be refunded to you in the full amount.
If you want to cancel your order after delivery by the courier has begun and before the order is delivered, the funds will be returned to you with the exception of the service charge of 5 euros and the delivery fee (if it's not free).
