Delivery on Holidays

Holidays are the busiest days for flower delivery services in Russia. We are constantly working to improve our service and it is important for us to meet your expectations, so we have developed special rules:

• On holidays, it is important for us to deliver each order, so we optimize delivery routes and cannot offer you to choose the desired time, but we always agree with the recipient on a convenient delivery interval during the day (until 10:00 p.m.). Orders placed in advance will be given first priority.
• Due to the involvement of temporary couriers, we cannot provide the "Recipient's Photo" service on holidays.
• If the requested flowers are unavailable, our senior florist will select a harmonious substitute according to personal taste. The cost of any substitution is equal to or greater than the original flower's price.
